  • In the past, 2004 thru 2006, the only enforced requirements for being a Reseller was to commit to purchasing an annual volume of 10 units or more to qualify for your Reseller/Distributor discount.

  • In an effort to more uniformly and fairly support all of our resellers and distributors, we have decided, starting in 2007, we shall more strictly enforce those prior Reseller promises and commitments per our standard Reseller requirements shown below.

  • As always, we reserve the right to change and negotiate terms and conditions on a case by case basis

Reseller And Distributor Qualifications

  • All sales are subject to the general Terms and Conditions

  • OEM Discounts
  • Reseller Qualification and Requirements
    • Resellers are to provide "tech support" to their customers
    • Resellers are to buy in bulk and prepaid prior to shipment
    • Resellers are to provide RMA and warranty replacements at your costs
    • there is no RMA other than for "doa" ( dead on arrival or first 30 days )

  • Distributor Qualifications and Requirements
    • Same requirements as Resellers in addition to having more responsibilities
    • Distributors are to maintain an inventory
    • Distributors are to provide localization for their country as needed
    • Distributors are to verify and confirm with local gov't agency ( CE, FCC, etc ) requirements

  • Supporting Documentation
    • Resellers in the USA should have a valid state issued "Reseller Permit"
    • Resellers should provide trade references
    • Resellers should provide banking info
    • Officers of the Reseller entity to provide UCC compliant documentation and personal guarantee of payments

End Users

  • End users also qualify for discounts based on their purchase volume

OEM Discounts

  • Sames as Reseller Discounts

Reseller, VAR, VAD

  • 10% Reseller Discounts
    • prepaid orders qualify for an additional 5% discount

  • Annual volume of 1 - 10 Units based on previous year's orders
    • for 11-24 units, if you're in good standing ( aka prompt and ontime payments ), then you'd qualify for Distributor's discounts

Distributor

  • 20% Distributor Discounts
    • prepaid orders qualify for an additional 5% discount

  • Annual volume of 25 - 100 Units based on previous year's orders
    • for 101-249 units, if you're in good standing ( aka prompt and ontime payments ), then you'd qualify for Partner's discounts

  • Asia - Pacific Distributors

  • European Distributors

Partner

  • 30% Partner Discounts
    • prepaid orders qualify for an additional 5% discount

  • Annual volume of 250 - 500 Units based on previous year's orders

  • Strategic Partners
    • Provides new customer leads

  • Technology Partners
    • Tech Partners would have agreed with and signed our NDA forms
    • Provides Debugging support
    • Provides Feature enhancement support
